We relaunched this summer with nine rebuilt, source-linked states, and the first 20 institutions of the relaunch are how we make our name. That is what this price is worth to us.
The value math: the nine live states are $12,594 bought separately, the regular bundle price is $7,999, and founding buyers pay $3,999 for all twelve lists.
The offer covers these twelve lists and no others. Counselor rosters turn over roughly 21% a year. We measured it between our own 2023 and 2026 files, and incumbent vendors themselves cite about 20%. What separates lists is whether you can tell when each row was last true. A database built up over decades can't show you where each row came from; nobody kept the receipts. Ours was built this year with the receipt attached to every record.

Most emails come straight off the school's own page. A disclosed share are verified from the school's standard address format or recovered from our own prior records, always bounce-tested before they ship. We never buy or resell a third-party file, and each file discloses its exact split.

We sell to post-secondary educational institutions only. Orders, and free sample requests, need to come from a .edu email address, and that address is where the file is delivered. Keeping our files with the admissions teams who actually use them, and away from list resellers and data brokers, is what protects the value of the file you paid for. An order placed from a non-institutional address is refunded in full rather than fulfilled.
Don't trust us. Audit us. One correction to “new”: our first hand-built lists sold to institutions in 2022 and 2023; what launched this year is the rebuilt, source-linked system. An established vendor asks you to take “triple-verified” on faith; we hand you the source page and the naming quote on every row, a published sample-audit number, and 50 unredacted rows for your state before you spend a dollar. Being new is also why the data is fresh: everything we sell was collected and verified this year.

The lists contain professional (business) contact information published publicly by schools, for professional outreach to school staff. We honor removal requests from any listed individual within two business days; see our privacy note.

Purchases are limited to post-secondary educational institutions. Orders must be placed using an institutional .edu email address, which is also the address the deliverable is sent to. The same applies to free sample and audit requests. An order received from a non-institutional address is refunded in full and not fulfilled.
Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by a single institution's staff for its own outreach. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or inclusion in another data product is prohibited, as is using the file, its source URLs, or any part of it to build, train, enrich, or verify another contact dataset or data product.
List prices are those shown on this page at the time of order. Institutions that purchased from Counselor Connections in 2022 or 2023 may order at their original per-state pricing, by invoice, confirmed against our records. No other discounts are offered.

If the deliverable materially misdescribes what was purchased (e.g., substantially fewer rows than stated), tell us within 7 days for a correction or full refund. If more than 5% of the delivered email addresses in a file hard-bounce within 30 days of delivery, the buyer chooses the remedy: replacement of the affected rows or a full refund of that file. Because this is delivered data, refunds are otherwise not available once the file is sent, but the 30-day bounce remedy always applies.
Sample rows and list audits are provided free to eligible institutions for evaluation only and are covered by the same license terms as a purchased file. Audit reports identify rows as current, changed, or gone with a source link; they do not include corrected contact details.
Lists contain professional contact details published on schools' public websites. Any listed individual may request removal at any time by emailing vsomas@counselorconnections.net; removals propagate to future deliverables and refreshes within two business days. Information submitted through the sample-request form is used only to respond to that request.
