We sold hand-built counselor lists to admissions offices in Pennsylvania and New York in 2022 and 2023. In 2026 we rebuilt the whole operation: every contact now comes from the school's own website, with the page it came from and the date it was checked, and every file is bounce-tested before it ships.

There is no sales team. The price is on the page, and the person who built the file answers your email.

How much does it cost?

Who can buy?

Post-secondary institutions. .edu buyers check out by card and the file goes to that address. Other buyers use the form and are vetted first. Every licence is no-resale and no-reuse.

What is in the file?

An Excel workbook with a Tier A tab (school counselors and counseling directors), a Tier B tab (college and career staff and related roles), and a Schools tab. Name, title, email, phone, school and CEEB code, with the school page each contact was checked on.

How do you check it?

Every contact is taken from, and checked on, the school's own website. Emails are bounce-tested before delivery, failures are fixed or removed, and the results come with the file.

When do I get it?

Within 3 business days of your order, to the email address on the order.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. One institution, all of its admissions and enrollment staff. No resale, no sharing outside your institution, and no using the file to build or enrich another dataset.

Eligibility

Purchases are limited to post-secondary educational institutions. Card checkout is for buyers with an institutional .edu email address, which is also the address the deliverable is sent to. Other institutions are vetted through the contact form before an order is accepted.

Licence

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use by a single institution's staff for its own outreach. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or inclusion in another data product is prohibited, as is using the file, its source URLs, or any part of it to build, train, or enrich another contact dataset or data product.

Pricing

List prices are those on this page at time of order. Returning clients from 2022 and 2023 receive current pricing. The founding offer is a 20% promotion code for the first 10 institutions through October 31, 2026, plus one refreshed file in January 2027.

Delivery

Files are delivered within 3 business days of payment to the address on the order. Counts may differ slightly from this page as lists update weekly.

Refunds

If the deliverable materially misdescribes what was purchased, tell us within 7 days for a correction or refund. Because this is delivered data, refunds are otherwise not available once the file is sent.

Privacy & removal

Lists contain professional contact details published on schools' public websites. Any listed individual may request removal at any time by emailing vsomas@counselorconnections.net; removals propagate to future deliverables and refreshes within two business days. Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to that request.
